wowmama
A question for attorneys: The USCIS memo in 2005 for E3 visa for Australians states that E3 will become eligible for premium processing when it is published in the Federal Register. Until today it has not happened. How does the federal register process work? Does it get published only if some groups lobby for it or who decides when to publish it in federal register? Do firms like murthy or the AILA lobby for it? Link to comment
