kishor_reddy Posted September 26, 2012 Report Share Posted September 26, 2012 I already have a L1 from Employer A and travelled to US twice on it.I applied for h1 when i was in India and i have a approved H1 Counslor Processsing through Employer B. I came to US on L1 through company A during Last week of Aug this year. I applied for COS on 18th of Sept and i got the receipt number and still waiting for the status update. 1. Are there chances that my COS can be rejected ? 2. Suppose if my COS is approved on Oct 5th. Can i continue to work for A on l1 till my COS is approved or i should leave by Oct 1st? Link to comment
