Visa reached to USICS after i797 expiration, I94 is still valid

i have applied my H1 Transfer on 25th September 2012, which is expiry date of my i797 and it reached to USICS on 26th September 2012.

My I94 is valid till 5th Oct 2012. will it be any issue, as my visa transfer application reach after my expiration of I797. mail date of application is still 25th september.

I would really appricate, if someone can reply it quickly.
