In April 2012 another employer (which I wanted to switch to) filed my H1B visa. On 13th Sept 2012 my current employer filed my L1A visa. I have received my receipt number for L1A. I also have received RFE for H1 on Sept 17th. How does USCIS handle such cases where a candidate has two visas filed from two different employers? Is this situation valid? shandan Posted September 26, 2012 Report Share Posted September 26, 2012 You can have multiple Visa petitions at a given point of time, USCIS only adjudicate a petition on its own merit irrespective of how many applications are pending. Link to comment
