shandan Posted September 26, 2012 Report Share Posted September 26, 2012 Go to Chennai, if your documents are alright there should be no problems, besides they can ask you in Canada why did you come here for stamping and not go to your home country, I have a friend who was asked this question and was then stuck in Canada for over 15 days because they sent his H1 for administrative processing, this was in Ottawa, Canada. So my point is, if something is going to go wrong, it will irrespective of location, so you'd be better off waiting @ Home then in a foreign country, but this is my personal opinion, based on what I saw happen to my friend.
