sunilnair Posted September 25, 2012 Report Share Posted September 25, 2012 I am on OPT and my H1 starts on 10/01/2012 with my present company A, I have a job offer from company B and they are willing to transfer my H1. 1. when can company B file for my H1 ? They advised me that they would be filing on OCT 1st with out any paystubs , is that possible ? as I will be starting my H1 with company A from OCT 1st. 2. Do i need my present company A's paystubs for transfer ? if so will my paystubs in OPT period be valued ? Thank you, Link to comment
