mj129
I am currently working for Company A and would like to work for Company B. I am basically ready to sign the offer letter and work for Company B, but I want to sign the offer only when the transfer has been approved. From my understanding and from what I've read from forums, many people have done this but for some of them, the transfer got disapproved so they ended up with no job (not able to work from Company B and unable to return to Company A). What is the best way to go about this? Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
offer letter does not bind you to join. You should ask them to put some thing like "on approval of H1B" you'll start work for company B. Link to comment
