abuwasif Posted September 23, 2012 Report Share Posted September 23, 2012 My Case: My H1 started Feb-2007 and got an extension Dec 2013. My PERM was filed in April 2012 and was audited. I am a bit confused. Can anyone let me know how do I proceed? I have H1 which is valid over my 6-year period. Can I utilize it?? I was in US the whole 6-years, so cannot recover any days also....
