infowanted
Hello All, I had been in USA for the last 6 years on H1-B Visa and came back to India couple of months back. I worked for 2 companies in USA. In the first company in USA I worked less than 6 months and did not take a service certificate with the Company. I had pay slips of the company and W-2 forms of the earnings with that company when I was in USA. But it looks like I have misplaced the pay slips and right now I have the xerox copy of the W-2 forms and the xerox copy of the first month of the pay slips with that company. But the bank statements where the payslip is deposited are available. For joining in a company in India, I was asked for the service certificate of all my previous company's. I just want to know how people are handling this kind of issue. Regards, Link to comment
metroguy
Your paystubs and W2 copies will suffice, also give the new employer your old employer contact details just in case Link to comment
infowanted
Hi, Thanks for the reply. I had an email communication with the previous manager of that company. It seems the Old company was acquired by another Organization and hence he said that now no experience certificate can be given from the old organization. Any sugggestions on this please.
