jkumar
Urgent - My employer applied H1B extension on 10th September through premium processing and it got RFE and asking for the client letter. Suddenly the client ended his contract by 14 September, so I am searching for another client. The I-94 and Visa expiration date is valid till 30th September 2012. 1. Is it ok for my employer to file LCA with next client location and then response the USCIS with next client letter? 2. Although to finding new client and submit that client letter, will take some time and meanwhile my visa and I-94 will be get expired by 30th September. Is that ok to stay beyond I-94 expiration date until the decision will be made by USCIS? Link to comment
