Vermont.. Slow Process..?!!

Does anyone know about with which applications currently Vermont center is working..? In USCIS website it is still showing the time frame as April 16th whereas CSC got updated as May 11th..!! Does this mean VSC is still processing with April's petitions only..?

I've no idea, but I do know that my H1 B extension was filed on June 22nd. I was told (as the website confirms) that processing times are approximately 2 months. When my school's lawyer called to find out why my petition hadn't been approved on August 23rd, he was told that USCIS are allowed a 30 day grace period. That period has also passed. I'm going out of my mind. My employer is growing more and more impatient and even when I get the adjudication, I still need to be interviewed in the US Embassy, which is around 21 days wait for an appointment.

I feel like just another number. I'm in the UK at the moment, and my career and life in the US are going down the pan.

I am also looking for H1 approval still my one also under initial review i got ref no on may 9th .

I am applying h1 from UK this was my first time.

Any idea why thy were taking long time . Its really a panic situtaion for me.

USCIS recieved my H1 documents on May 14 2012 still site says Initial Review.

USCIS recived my document on May 7 2012. My status on their website is still initial review. Can any one who has earlier received date than 5/7/2012 provide status?

for people with advanced degree its taking 4 months to process....so need to wait :(

Application reached VSC on May 25th.. Still in initial review.. :( Crossed 130 days....

Have seen lots of approvals in May 1st week to last week..

my attorney says that VSC has confirmed there's a delay....and has asked us to wait for 3-4 weeks more.....
