Can H4 travel back to US on previous valid H1

Hi, I'm currently holding a valid H1, and will be transferring my current H1 to a new employer, the question is my wife who is in H4 is currently out of country,can she travel back to US on current stamped H4 of previous employer even-though my current H1 is transferred to the new employer, or has she to get stamped on my new petition before entering again, Kindly advise
