blueie Posted September 20, 2012 Report Share Posted September 20, 2012 My H1 got approved and effective from 1st-Oct. Currently I am in L1 and my dependences are in L2. I applied H4 for my dependence after applied my H1 abd before approved my H1. My question here is : If H4 is not approved by 1st-Oct, Will my dependence move to Out-of-status from L2 ?
