H4 signature invalid

Hi, mysefl and mywife filed for H1B extension and H4 extension. when my employer file my H4 extension, they have put some body else signature page in my wife H4 application. the remaining other pages have proper information. what is the procedure to correct the same and what are the consequences of this. will she get denied because of this.

any help is much appriciated.
