sam112 Posted September 19, 2012 Report Share Posted September 19, 2012 Hi, my H1-B application status changed to RFE on August 7th, my company responded back on Aug 27th. Seems it taking time to get approval my company decided expedite the case, and applied for premium processing on Sep 8th, because my cap gap extension ends on Sep 30th. What are my chances of getting approved on or before Sep 30th. What happens if approval falls beyond Septmber 30th. Please reply I am kind of tensed. Thanks in advance! Link to comment

With out H1 B approval notice, you cant work after sep 30th. if H1B is still pending after SEP 30th, your F160 day grace period starts after sep30th , Hope you will get approval before SEP30th, so you can continue working after sep30th Link to comment
