URGENT: H1B Approved - Herguan university OPT Cap-Gap

Hello Every one,

Need urgent help.

I am a student from ******* university, which is now in an issue with USCIS, by termination of students SEVIS from the university. USCIS provided two options.

1. transfer to another school

2. Leave country in 7 calendar days

I have been recently approved with H1B which starts from oct 1st 2012, Now I am worried that how can I manage these 8 days ? could some one explain me how to handle this.

Why did you wait until now to get educated about this stuff???

Your cap-gap is gone. You have to stop working right now. And your H1 COS may also get revoked, since you have no status anymore.
