Approved H1B which is expired & never been used

Hi,

I am currently in the US since July 2011 through L1 Visa. I had an approved stamped H1B Visa valid from Jan 2005 - Dec 2006 through Infosys.

However, I had never used my H1B as I went for my full time MBA in India during June 2005.Now, I work for a different employer(not Infosys) in the US on L1.

Can I reactivate my old, approved & expired H1B & work with a different employer. If yes, then what is the process I need to follow.I only have the approved stamped H1B

on my passport.
