Can I work for old employer?

Hi,

I was working for Company A on H1B. Did a H1B transfer to Company B.

Can I hold-off on joining Company B for 2-3 months or should I join them as soon as H1 transfer is complete? I would like to work for Company A for some more time.

I have changed job and new employer filed for new h1. I am not sure H1 transfer is the correct word. Nothing gets transfered. I have had 2 H1B approvals at the same time. It is you decision where to work. USCIS only needs money from applications. they will approve multiple petitions as long as paperwork is correct.
