hariaet Posted August 4, 2011 Report Share Posted August 4, 2011 My company applied for a EB2 Labor in March 2011 and they got a Audit on July 15th. They were about to send a response for the audit on Aug 4th but they got a labor certificate today. Also they checked the online start and it stays approved. We are not sure if we need to send the audit response back. My Anthony has my 140 application all filled out and is ready to send it out. He told he will send out my i-140 in PP on Aug 5th and send out my Labor audit response on Aug 10th. Do we need to send a audit response after getting labor approved? Link to comment
