AC_jjs Posted September 17, 2012 Report Share Posted September 17, 2012 My L1B Visa is getting expired in Oct and my employer has applied for the extension. Depending upon the situation , I might go for stamping in US Consulate in Canada. I do have B1/B2 visa for US as well. If the things doesnot work out and the extension get's rejected , will the Consulate cancel the B1/B2 as well or just the existing L1B Visa? Link to comment
