Attorney_22
Generally, an H1B petition is approved for a period no longer than three years at a time. Therefore, if you are the Beneficiary of an H1B petition filed on your behalf in 2007, assuming it was valid for the maximum allowed time, it would have expired in 2010. You can confirm this by looking at the validity dates on the I-797 Approval Notice. To discuss this in more detail and determine what courses of action are available to you it is advisable to speak directly to a qualified U.S. immigration attorney. The Murthy Law Firm has a very well-regarded H1B Department with extensive experience who would be able to provide you with excellent assistance. Please feel free to call our office to schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys. Link to comment
