born2fight
Hi All, I am currently on 6th year H1b with max out date of 9th June 2013 , my PD was filed on 28th June 2012. Two days back I got audit for my perm [ employer based] going to respond soon , but not sure how long it will take to get it approved and I- 140 after that . I am looking for different options to stay here after 6th year. 1 . Move to different employer and file for new PERM + I -140 [ But all this should happen by 6/9/2013] 2. Move out of country for 5 weeks , so my max out date will move to July mid 2013, now i am eligible for 7th year as my PERM is pending from past 365 days [ June 28th 2012 - June 29th 2013]. 3. Go to India or UK for a year and come back with new H1b or after PERM + I - 140 approvals. I am willing on option 2 to stay here without moving here and there. , pls advice if the option 2 which i am thinking will work or not . Appreciate your suggestions Thanks MSR Link to comment
geethb
option 2 seems better, if possible to execute Cheers, Geeth Link to comment
