Apply H4 visa for my second wife

Here is my situation..

I got married last year and got H4 visa for my wife. We lived together only for a week and she never came to US with that visa and we applied for divorce in mutal consent this may and my divroce wil be finalized this nov. I am in US now and I am goin to India in Nov to finalize the divorce.

Now, I am in love with a girl in India and I am going to get married immediately after my divorce. My H1B visa is already stamped, so I dont have to go for stamping and only she needs to go for stamping alone. Here are my questions,

1. Do I need to cancel my ex-wife's H4 visa. If yes, how should I approach for this?

2. Is that a problem to get married immediately after my divorce. Will the consoluate find it as a problem?

3. Do I need to do anything specific as it is my second marriage??
