New H1B visa appointment process in India

Hello,

I want to go to India for H1B stamping in Mumbai. I had first week of october in mind for my visa appointment.

Then I read about this new process beginning September 26, 2012 for visa appointment procedure, especially in India.

http://ustraveldocs.com/in, is the website that will handle all the new procedures.

Also, there is a new requirement of "10-printing" prior to the visa appointment starting september 26, 2012.

Has anybody else been trying to book an appointment for the first week of october using the good old VFS India system?

Even i am in the same i need to travel to India in 2nd or 3rd week of October latest. I dont see dates opened up after september 25th for any embassy.

Any clue whats the Visa stamping procedure gonna be.
