H1B Stamping Issues for Small Companies??

Currently I am working as a consultant in a small company with direct client. Size of the company is 15-20 and i am the 2nd H1B employee of the company. Client company size is around 100-150.

I am planning to go for Stamping in Canada in next 2 months, will there be any issues? Has anyone had any success/issues while getting the visa stamped for small companies with direct client.

Hi,

As far as i have read so far.. Canada H1B visa stamping is only permitted if you have taken your masters in US.

If you havenot taken ur masters in US then Canadian embassy will tell you to get it stamped from your home country.
