H1B COS approved after L1 denial

My status from August 23 2012 to Oct 01 2012 ?

To give you a quick overview on my case, Below are my Visa related dates

L1 B visa with I-94 expired on May 31 2012.

L1 B extension has been filed on May 17 2012 by Employer A

On August 22 2012 L1 B Visa has been denied.

My H1B petition filed on June 9 2012 by employer B has been approved on Sept 5 2012 with Change of status.

My I-94 is valid from October 1 2012 Until 04/21/2015.

what will be my legal status in US from days between August 23 2012 to October 1 2012 ?

I would like to know my stay under above mentioned dates is valid or not?

If not, Please let me know what are the further steps to be taken?

I informed my employer A about my H1 and resigned?he is asking for my new H1 and i-94 copies to notify consulate about my status?

can i provide him those?

What are you doing now? You are already out of status. You should consult an attorney to guide you. I think the right thing you need to do now is to exit country, get H1 stamped and come back using H1B visa.

I filed H1B application on June 05 and still waiting on USCIS response. Can you please let me know, have you filed your H1B with regular processing and got approval? Or did you applied with Premium Processing?
