I'm planning to visit India during Oct'12 for about two weeks. Do I get into any issues when I'm coming back to US since I have very short Visa period left. I'm hoping my new I797 would be available while I'm coming back to US. Please let me know is it safe to travel to India in this situation Thanks Link to comment
DontWorryBeHappy Posted September 15, 2012 Report Share Posted September 15, 2012 No issues, you are good to go. Better get the extension completed by the time you come back so that you will have the extended I-94. Even if you don't get that done you will be fine. Link to comment
