Does USCIS-CSC still working on april month regular H1B Transfer..?

I applied H1B transfer with my new employer at CSC on 11/04 . Does anyone is sailing on the same boat?

case field :10-apr-2012

USCIS received : 11-Apr-2012

Process type : Regular

Status: Initail Review.

USCIS generally takes between 2-4 months to adjudicate H1B petitions filed with regular processing. You can check the current processing time on the USCIS website. If the case is pending outside the published processing time, the employer or attorney of record may place a status inquiry with the USCIS service center.

Right now processing time for CSC for I-129 is 2 Months and as of 31st July.. They were processing May 11th 2012 Applications... Since ur applications seems to be in Apr 11th, Probably its better your employer/attorney contacts USCIS

Thanks for your prompt response. My attorney contacted USCIS on last week. USCIS said that, case would be taking longer than normal processing times. However, I just want to check with others anyone has been waiting for more than 5 months. Also, Is there anyway to clear all backlogs before October?

What are the recommendations to go for PP at this moment?

PP doesnot guarantee you an approval, but most cases it happens. Going for PP is all depending on how early your new employer wants you for their position.
