I have received receipt number that explain why they rejected the application. Now my concern is I have receipt number so I am still considered in 2013 Cap or they just give receipt number for tracking ? How can I know that my lawyer has sent back correct fees because the current status is ACCEPTANCE. So if my lawyer has sent the correct fees, should the status be changes to Initial review? Please reply. I do not want to be out of 2013 cap. Link to comment
