Does anyone know whats this change gonna be starting 26th September 2012.

I am on H1B. i see an IWP which is gonna be implemented starting 26th Sept.

There is no where written that h1b are excluded out IWP. Should i be sending the IWP form filled.

The IWP form clearly mentions about the 1st 3 Questions for which the answers from H1b Perspective are obviously yes.

Does anyone have any clue of whats it gonna be.

for h1b, there is no IWP. For h4 yes under certain conditions.

You might read the vfs website info.

There is no scope of IW for H1B candidates. Think practically...!!!!
