dinesmca2004 Posted September 13, 2012 Report Share Posted September 13, 2012 Hi, i am currently working for company A and got offer from company B. company B has initiate my H1 transfer process under PP and i got my receipt number. but after that company B inform me that the position that they have hire me got closed. in this situation can i ask company B to stop/hold my H1 transfer process? can i work for company A anymore ? what should i do now. please help me Link to comment
