H1B2012 Posted September 12, 2012 Report Share Posted September 12, 2012 Hi Friends I have a current H-1B approved until 8th December 2012 . My H-1B transfer is applied through new employer on July 30th 2012 under regular processing and I started working from him . Can I continue to work based on this h-1 transfer application after December 8th 2012 even if I do not receive any update on my transfer petition . Is there any maximum limit , as my petition with previous employer wil expire on December 8th . Appreciate your accurate reply ! Link to comment
