L1B expiring

Hi, I am L1 visa in US. I came first in U.S in Nov 2007 on L1 visa. I was here for arnd two and half year till July 2010. My visa got expired in Aug 2010 when I was in India. Then my employer filed the contiuation of same L1 visa on June 2011 and I got the L1 for two years till June 2013. I was in India Aug 2010- Oct 2011. I cam eto U.S for second time in Nov 2011.

Now my question is,

1.Can my employer file L1 extension?

2. can my employer file H1 in 2013 and willI I get it for 3 years as my clock is reset when I was in India for more than a year?

3. If yes for H1, can I stay in united stated after my L1 expires in June 2013 till I get H1 in october 2013?
