L1B expiring

Hi,

I first came to U.S on L1B visa in Nov 2007 and was here till July 2010 (went to India on vacation for couple of months). My visa got expired in Aug 2010 when I was in India.My employer filed the continuation of my previous L1 in June 2011 and I got L1B for second time till June 2013. I came to U.S on Nov 2011 after staying in India for a year and half ( Aug 2010 - Oct 2011). Now My question is:

1. Can my employer file another extension of L1B?

2. Can my employer file H1? If yes, will I get it for 3 years? or in another words, Is my clock reset after I stayed in India for more than a year?

3. If H1 is filed, then can I stay in U.S after my L1 visa expires in June 2013 till I get H1 from October 2013?
