End of 6th year, PERM on audit

Please I need advice and help. My 6 years H1 is going to expire end of this month. My PERM which was applied in May got audited and also doesn't meet the 365 day period. My employer suggested me to apply for the H1 recapture meanwhile which might go till Jan of next year.

What are the options available to me now?

Can I find some employer who can file a new PERM for me?

Can I try for Canadian Immigration?

Please need your advice.

As you have recapture time which we be till Jan'2013, it is advisable to apply for that right now. If still your PERM is not approved by Jan'2013 try to change status to H4 if you are married so that you can revert back to H1B once your PERM and I-140 (premium processing is advisable as you will not H1B extension on PERM approval since your PERM is filed in 6th year) are approved.

I believe Canadian Immigration also takes some lengthy time but again let's see for experts opinion on this as I have no much idea on Canadian Immigration.
