Can I file I485 and all the necessary forms now ,or do I have to wait for my priority date to be current ? My priority date is May 14 2009. I heard that it is ok to have all the forms filled out and submitted to Uscis immediately. Link to comment

If you are EB2 then wait period is less around 1 to 2 years in present situation. But you can renew your h1b for 3 years with approved I140. Wait and watch game start now. Best of luck!!!!
