fbb9999
I already have H!b, but we are doing amendment of H1B in premium processing. As a part of it, we submitted the whole package. But in the receipt notice, We realized that my name is not spelled correctly and one letter is missng and my attorney has already notified USCIS of the error. My lawyer says as follows "While we do not expect that they will issue a corrected receipt notice, such notification will allow the opportunity to correct the spelling in their system in the event that it’s more than just a typo so that the approval notice, when issued, will be correct.". So Is there a chance that USCIS issues with correct name if the petition is approved? Any one had this issue before Link to comment
