B-1 Visa,working visa@ Brasil,Married American and Apply I-130

Hi,

Currently I have B1 visa for 5 years since 2011, and i'm married with american on June 2012.

i'm Indonesian who work in Brasil under working visa right now, I'm considering to get the Green Card for my future,I will leave Brasil June 2013, so my plan to apply I-130 asap.

BUT

1. If i apply when i live in brasil, will that easier or no ?

2. I heard about if you married under 2 years, it will not easy to get GC because you are on "special condition", is that true ?

3. if i apply I-130 and during that time, can I visit USA ?

4. any suggestion from my conditions ?
