Spouse GC RFE processing

Hi there,

Spouse and myself filed GC in EB2 on November 2011. My wife is the primary applicant and I am the dependent to her, she received her GC in March 2012. I received a RFE for Marriage certificate and Support documents to my Birth Certificates.We responded to it on April 2012, right after I responded the priority dates changed to Unavailable. Now Murthy Law firm says it could be 2006 priority date.

Question: How do they process my case now? Is it based on priority date or do they process it when the visas are available?
