I am currently working as Senior Architect/Manager in my job managing multiple people in two teams in US, India and Singapore

Also, I am working as a Associate Program Manager for a cancer institute managing 20 people (volunteer work)

Am I eligible for EB1-C under managerial category. Does the voluntary work as manager count towards EB1-C?
