Sana2012 Posted September 8, 2012 Report Share Posted September 8, 2012 Friends, I am on J1 visa and currently doing my medical residency training in internal medicine however my wife is on H1 and her employer is willing to apply for green card for her. My question was, Can apply for green card with her or do I need to wait for completion of waiver requirement. Please suggest. Thank you. Link to comment
