bulldawg Posted September 7, 2012 Report Share Posted September 7, 2012 Hello, My wife's employer applied for her GC and we both have our EADs through them. But we have not started using our EAD yet. Both of us have crossed the 6 year limit on our H1B visa. And as a fallback option I have my GC going on through my employer and currently have my I-140 approved through them and my PD is not yet current. Now if my wife wants to quit her job can she become a dependent under my H1B? Link to comment
