Dotsecret
I came to the US 6.5 years ago as a developer and have since then moved into a managerial role and currently holding a L1A visa. My employer intends to apply for a green card but had the following questions. I was wondering if you would know the answer to it - Per http://www.murthy.com/2012/02/21/eb1-multinational-executive-or-manager/ the employee must have worked in either a managerial or executive capacity, for the related company abroad, for at least a one-year period in the three years preceding the transfer. Does that mean I dont qualify for EB1 since I have been in the US for 6.5 years? - If am eligible for EB1, can I do premium processing for I-140? - Since am in L1A, can I extend it using the I-140? thanks in advance!
