H4 process started but moving to different emploer now !

Hi

My wife is in H1 now and we are planning to chnage it to H4 under mine because of some personal things. Both are with same employer.

I might get an offer from a different employer in 3-4 weeks. Will there be any problem, if I change my employer, while the H4 status chnage of my wife that my current employer would have started and at the same time, I would be asking my new employer also to process her H4 again.
