Hi Attorney,

Currently I am staying in USA on L2 Visa, and my I-94 is valid till June 18th 2015. I applied for EAD and it got approved till Aug 15th 2014. My Spouse company is not filing an Extension of L1/L2 Visa as they treat we both have valid i-94’s till 2015.

Please clarify:

1. I am planning to travel to India in couple of weeks, Can we apply a fresh L2 Visa with L1b My Spouse i-94 (Valid till Mar 2015)

2. Can I travel with the current EAD to India; will this get nullified once I’m out of USA? Can I work with current EAD after returning back from India?
