I have applied for H1B and have to convert to PP now. Initially i applied with Inhouse project and its still in Initial review. I got job now with start date as Oct 1st. Do i need to convert the petition to PP for the existing Inhouse project or do i need to make an amendment with the new job i got now. problem is job desc is different from the Inhouse project & the new project i got now. Please help how to proceed. My attorney said there are risks in both the approaches. she didnt give which one to choose.
