Decision Notice not received for Spouse

Hi,

I have applied for AOS for my wife as a dependent. My priority date is Mar 2006 and i received a decision notice on my application stating that my Card has been sent. My Wife's application still shows Initial review, is this common? I thought that the dependents application gets simultaneously approved along with the primary. Any ideas on what the process is?
