Can I work for L1B ( employer A) from OCt 1st to OCt 15th as notice and then join employer B on OCt 15th or later? Please let me know if it is legal to work for employer A from Oct 1st to 15th. Don't take chance and give notice to L1-B employer on Sep15th and join H1-B employer on Oct 1st promptly. If you must have to work till Oct 15th with L1-B employer then exit country on Oct 15th and re-enter with H1-B visa. That supersedes status violation. Link to comment
