140 Withdrawal

Hello,

Is it possible to find out if 140 was withdrawn by your prior employer or not based on online case status? If the last update date is past the original notice date and in "post decision activity" mode, does it imply a possible withdrawal? I would much appreciate it someone could shed light on this.

File and FOIA request. It will take a while, but you will know.

Take a INFORPASS appointment. Though this is an employer document, the office might answer the question since you are the candidate. In my case the officer was courteous enough to provide me with the info after confirming details like employer name,address, attorney name in G-28 etc. If you have any email from your employer indicating your control # (SRC/LIN) , print the same and take it with you.

Why cannot you email your employer and ask them directly? Are you on EAD? If so, and if your employer revokes approved 140, then it is likely it might trigger an RFE during subsequent renewal.
