I have applied H1 with COS, while applying so, I did not applied H4 for my wife. Still my H1 application is in 'Initial Review'. I have following questions related to my dependence status, kindly help me. (1) DO i need to fill H4 for my wife now ? (2) OR Can i do it after H1 get approved (and before H1 Starts) ? (3) Do i need to apply H4 or COS from L2 to H4 enough for my dependence ? Kindly clarify. Thanks, Link to comment
